Who We Are
Netwalker Internet Services was founded by Nate LaClaire in February 2000. Prior to starting the company, Nate had launched Maine’s first online community for Christians, MaineChristian.com.
On June 22, 2003, Netwalker Internet Services acquired Ticsay Internet, allowing us to offer a wider range of services to our clients and more than doubling our customer base.
Although the exact wording of our mission statement has evolved over the years, we have maintained a single a focus from the beginning: Helping those around us grow their ministries, businesses, and organizations by providing Web and other products and services at a reasonable cost. Through Netwalker Internet Services, small and home-based businesses can have Web sites like larger companies with their own domain names for as little as $300 startup and $19.95 a month for Web hosting (plus domain name registration fees and site maintenance costs). We also design and maintain larger, interactive and complex Web sites starting at around $1,000.00 to $2,000.00.
